Old topic, but, I think a Raven movie could be great if done properly. Or even an animated movie, which a lot of the time I don't like, could be good.. again.. if done right. I would love it enjoy the Raven through the medium of TV/Film would be fantastic.

i know this is a really old topic by now, but me and my boyfriend have had this discussion lotss, and i've been thinking about it while reading all the books (almost finished ravensoul) and i think a film would be awesome! however not for all of them, as some work so well as books and pieces of writing i think it would be hard to represent them visually, for example nightchild, where there are all the episodes within characters' heads attempting to control the one magic....what does everyone else think?

Hi mads* welcome to the forum

Perhaps now is a good time to reopen this topic, more actors to pick from and some good examples of screen fantasy (such as Game of Thrones)

First person to suggest Vin Diesel though has to answer for their crimes Twisted Evil

haha don't worry, i wouldn't! mostly because however much Barclay stated otherwise, i always pictured Sol with hair.. not lots like Hirad, but i just couldn't see him bald. Ilkar on the other hand i could quite easily see either way. my mind is weird.

Hi welcome to the forum.

I think Sean Bean has to be a Baron Blackthorne. Or could he pull off Stylian?

Anyhow any movie is better for the addition of some Bean (though maybe not Mr Bean Laughing )

im watching Merlin, did u by any chance name yrself after him? LOL!
It's me diresphinx from DA, hello!! wave. Yea Hugh jackman is a great guy. I would be satisfied if they have a comics series of them. I think might span like 3 hours long to encompass all of the themes and people etc. for each book.

Dawnthief and Noonshade would be a fantastic debut. Very HappyD haha
