Saw this one at the cinema tonight. I can safely and happily report it is is better than Rocky V.
It's not bad, usual kind of thing, but if you're expecting complex characters or plot you really are watching the wrong movie. If you can turn your brain off for a couple of hours, sit with a hotdog and some popcorn, and happily allow the soundtrack and the acting (which is quite good!) and the events carry you along, you'll enjoy this as a feel-good movie. It won't win any awards and will probably be slated in some quarters, but it's not a bad movie and worth seeing if you're a Rocky fan. _________________ Pagan Music |

I thought it was pretty good myself. What spoiled it though was these two people sitting around me. One was a woman who jumped in her seat everytime a punch landed. And the other was a boy behind me who drummed his hands on his knees in anticipation everytime the bell sounded for the next round.
But apart from that, I thoroughly enjoyed it! And I thought Stallone was excellent in it! _________________ Excuse me, is your refrigerator running? Because if it is, it probably runs like you - very homosexually - Peter Griffin |

A great film. It was all that Rocky V should have been. I would recommend it to all rocky fans. the fight was top quality and the training montage was, as usual, inspirational. |

In my opinion, very little in the world is as inspiring as a training montage. |
