My local Waterstones (well, it's a 30 minute drive) hadn't even taken delivery of their copies as of yesterday. Irritating when shops break release dates..!! Rolling Eyes

Still, but only a day or two to go! Very Happy

There was a very quick turanaround in terms of printing and binding the book because of all the earlier delays. That meant distributors had less time than normal to get all the books out. Plus Christmas etc and so some shops may still be waiting.

Same goes for you, General... if it's any consolation, my author copies have not arrived yet either, I spoke to Gollancz yestr=erday and they are aware of the delay in your delivery. I'll be into sign the moment they arrive.

Ok, turns out my local Waterstones (in the Metro Centre) has NO copies on order and are only 'back-to-backing' as and when people order the book. So, I've ordered the big paperback from Amaon which should be with me by 1pm tomorrow. paid more fot the delivery than the book but never mind... Very Happy
