I've got to say it's a really tough question to answer. I'm not sure I have an overall favourite. What I'll do is park The Raven themselves as that's too easy. I have favourites though...

Paul Jhered - he was going to be a peripheral figure but just got massive. Love him for his honour, his grumpiness and how his love for the Ascendants had to be dragged with him, molecule by molecule.

Captain Yron - yep, Ashley, he's another. Grizzled, cynical soldier and loyal to all his men. A man who knew he was being made to do wrong and had the guts to try and do something about it, despite the probable consequences.

Auum - he just took over the moment I wrote the first words of his character. Much more to come from him, of course...

Karl Iliev - Double-hard bastard. A fanatic in uniform.

Kashilli - Surely, you can guess just how much FUN it was to write him.

Dystran - because he found strength where there was none and used it to make himself powerful and secure.

That'll do. For now.

Yron was a grat character, and I really liked his interactions with Ben.

Styllian for his sheer bloody mindedness when it comes to wanting power. I would have liked to have seen more of him.

I've been having an affair with Auum for years Razz

And yes Iliev is very cool.

I like Styllian for his Earth Hammer on Parve

Now I thought we discussed this a long time ago and everyone accepted it. Honestly, is no one going to truly accept my more evil leanings? Laughing
Plus, he's not all bad... I see a slightly more interesting side to him past the 'let's go kill all mages' issue.
Really, he's far more rounded a character than just a murderer you know Wink
