Just to let you all know, Ravensoul, the seventh in the six book Raven series, has been delivered to my editor at Gollancz.

I've really enjoyed writing about The Raven again and see this book as a fitting finale (even more fitting than Demonstorm? Well, I leave that to you).

A couple of points: Selik... yes he is in there but don't get too excited, Lou.
Second, I've had great help from a good friend during the writing process. They wish to remain anonymous (until the book comes out)but I want to thank person X for everything they have done.

Let the speculation begin...

I'm going to assume then that it'll be along the lines of,

"ooh, there's Seli...oh, he's gone." Razz

Well as it happened I was out of brandy so a glass of fine port had to substitute. And it substituted very well indeed. So did the second glass. And the thirrrrrrddddd...

Selik has a little bit more than a walk on. Every Blackwing, dead or alive, is able to stir up trouble in a heartbeat as you well know.

Well only seven months to go before we get to read it (hopefully!).

As for the James' assist in the writing process... any ideas? A fellow fantasy author or one of us?
