Torchwoods just great Cool

Robin Hood didn't annoy me as much this week...

Borat's one of those odd films that I have a desire to watch but would feel out of place going to see. Good to hear it's hilarous though Laughing

Okay last nights Torchwood was, um, how can I put it Confused not to good imo.
I'm hoping whoever wrote it crawled into a hole and didn't write anything else for the rest of the series.

It was the codename they used on the film reels for the newer dr who tapes to stop them getting stolen apparently.

I liked Torchwood the other night, although I don't think they can get away with one of the gang hiding something in the basement of their lair again.

By the way, if anyone's interested, I have been told what Captain Jack is planning to do with the hand in the jar. PM/MSN me if you're interested (it is a spoiler, but is from a reputable source - apparently!).

Sundays Torchwood was great - it had Faeries and Old Places and was just fantastic. It's repeated a couple of times in the week and it really is a must watch episode, as is next weeks if the clip is anything to go by - very 28 days later. Very Happy Shocked

I really liked last Sunday's episode. I like the fact that there aren't happy endings every week, and that there isn't always a good/right answer.

I'm gutted that Torchwood is now going to clash with Lost. I can't wait until Wednesday, but I can't miss Lost!

Quite right to. Life isn't perfect and not everything always turns out on the happy side.
I certainly prefer my entertainment to be more realistic.

I haven't watched Lost since season one so no schedule problems for me Very Happy
Torchwood is repeated on BBC 2 and BBC 3 so maybe you'll be able to watch the repeats on one of those. I can't for the life of me remember when its repeated though. I have mummy brain today, sorry Confused

Edit: Repeats on BBC 2 on Wednesdays at 9pm and BBC 3 Fridays at 9pm and two or three more time during the week at around 1am.

I thought it was excellent. And the outcome wasn't what I expected - as with most of the episodes. Thought the ending was on the cards, although I think it will have repercussions with Tash/Tosh.

Was watching the first episode at if i recall it was fairly early (before watershed im pretty sure)..and it was quite...explicit for such an early time.

A sex crazed alien infecting a young girl who tries it on with everyone, only to dissolve them once finished? i would like to shake hands with whoever thought of that Rolling Eyes
