Watched this last night and firmly believe it is one of the best Doctor Who episodes ever. I actually jumped at some points and was on the edge of the seat.
The shop guy reminded me of many friends (and partly myself) and for those like me who thought having a t-shirt based on the easter eggs sounded like fun try here:

I've got the Doctor Who annual that has the Steve Moffat story with Sally Sparrow so will re-read that later.
Anyone think Sally might end up as a companion? _________________ Member and President of the Will Begman Appreciation Society.

According to her blog on MySpace, Juliet McKenna agrees with you as she too thought it was pretty damned wonderful!
Needless to say, I managed to miss it and it appears that BBC 3 are no longer showing repeats ad nauseam - ho hum! _________________ "Constant Vigilance!" |

What a superb episode. I think the strength of the writing was evident because the show was carried without the Doctor or Martha. And as for the gratuitous shots of statues at the end - great!
This week's episode (with Cap'n Jack) is meant to be even better than this. Jo Whiley (Radio 1) has seen a preview and said she was cheering at the end of watching it!!!
Tk - this is the third series since it came back. I have heard that a fourth series is definitely on, but let's hope it's not the last if the standard of writing remains this high. And as for Tennant, best doctor ever? Certainly up there IMHO. _________________ If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine. |

And finally I've just seen it. The whole thing was brilliant, not just the writing. Although it is one of those stories that makes me sit back and think "If I'd have written that I'd have been so damn proud" Actually made me think about statues you see in normal everyday life. Hope Im not the only one from here on in to keep one eye on them. _________________ "Right so we're going to steal a bomb that can be remote detonated, take it back to our base and then huddle around it? oh and surely a sledgehammer would have worked. Although if you were going to risk it I'd suggest safety goggles. Last thing that situation would need would be a stone chip to the eye. _________________ "Right so we're going to steal a bomb that can be remote detonated, take it back to our base and then huddle around it?
