a sequel....aggghhh apart from not possible as the cast is all dead.....but still (wanders off to find pointy thing to poke out eyes!!)

*bangs head against keyboard* No more sequels just to have a sequel! If they actually have some good new ideas that's fine, but many sequels are AWFUL!

Hehe... nah, there won't be a sequel. At the minute the guys who made 300 are busy making 'Watchmen'. Again, another adaptation of a Frank Miller GN.

But, what I wouldn't mind seeing, is some form of prequel about the battle of Marathon when Xerxes' father, Darius, tried to invade Greece and was defeated. There's a nice little side story in there from which the world has the 'marathon' race of 26 miles.

a movie about a guy who runs himself to death alone over 26 miles.... sounds like more plot than 300 anyway Laughing

Aye, but his sacrifice saved Greece. Much like the 300, only... not. Razz He gave fore-warning to the Greeks who could mobilize against the invading Persian fleet etc.
