I can't really, I can't really get money over but I can buy my own gift and if you tell me what you're getting, I'll find something to tie in with it. _________________ Ian Fulguirinas(dragonkillernz) |

Thanks to everyone for your lovely thoughts and comments.
Oscar was always a favourite and I shall say nothing about the other suggestions lest I offend anyone... the shortlist was always very short.
As for a pressie for the lad, well I think he would love that. I'm going to print out this thread to put in his baby box and he'll be able to look back and see who it was gave him his special forum gift!
thank you for thinking of it but don't feel you must...

So probably not a good idea to start littering this thread with profanities and expletives then? _________________ Ian Fulguirinas(dragonkillernz) |

Ok well suggestions please? I don't mind getting it and taking it to Derby.
Maybe a classic toy? First brio train set?
Should this go to pm's now? _________________

Nah, people will need to see what others are suggesting to get ideas. _________________ Pagan Music |

a really nice soft toy, i bought my nephew one called it Lalaboo and he loves it!!

its either got to be something he can treasue in years to come or something he can love here and now. (no lego though in case James wants to play with it!!) |

We could make a book...everyone could contribute something like a poem or a short story or something and we pay for it to be bound and look pretty.
Good idea? _________________ Ian Fulguirinas(dragonkillernz) |

Or some of the more artistically inclined (like Michelle ) could draw a picture. Really, it's an opportunity for us to express ourselves and therefore give a part of ourselves with this gift. _________________ Ian Fulguirinas(dragonkillernz) |
