I'm half way through it and you've got a bit of a treat in store - I just hope your copy isn't missing pages 222 & 223 like mine is
Thanks to Selik and Lizzy for the recommendation by the way _________________ "Constant Vigilance!" |

Are you going to replace it, Jovial? Any favourite characters yet? _________________ "I sit on my arse, not my head." - Baron Gresse. |

No. I'm not going to replace it, luckily it was the end of one chapter and the beginning of the next so I picked up the story OK. As to favourite characters I've not made my mind up yet, they're none of them too heartwarming yet _________________ "Constant Vigilance!" |

The Bridgeburners Rock. Nuff said! |
Gardens is definitely worth a read. I picked a copy up at FanCon last year, and it sat on my shelf until my NZ trip. It is very detailed, and there's loads going on, but I got about 200 pages in and suddenly I was flying through it. The Bridgeburners do indeed rock, and I'm looking forward to getting hold of sequels/further stories in that world. _________________ If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine. |

I have quite a few on the go at the minute:
A Feast for crows - GRRM
Fool's Errand - Hobb
Shout For The Dead - Barclay _________________ Excuse me, is your refrigerator running? Because if it is, it probably runs like you - very homosexually - Peter Griffin |

On the recommendation of Lizzy and Selik I've just finished Blood Tears by Raven Dane and I have to do likewise
Clever story, well written and an all round damned good read - thank you! _________________ "Constant Vigilance!" |

These aren't like any vampires you've ever come across before, they're Dark Kind and it really is a wonderful tale! _________________ "Constant Vigilance!" |

I'm reading Eyes of God by John Marco and i have to say its hard work!!
The reading part is easy but to get to grips with any of the characters is........ boring.
the only trouble with it is its making it harder for me to keep going and not to pick up the David Eddings books with Sparhawk in.... |

I picked up Saints of the Sword by Marco from my library a while back and gave that a go. Even though i hadn't read the first book, i still got into it and enjoyed it. Im just trying to remember the name of the leader of the Saints, but for the life of me can't! Anyone? _________________ Excuse me, is your refrigerator running? Glad you enjoyed it, Jovial. Did you find any characters you particularly liked by the end? Did they warm up later on? _________________ "I sit on my arse, not my head." - Baron Gresse. |
