Untitled
There is a dark place
A dark place,
A warm place
We want for nothing
In that perfect world
In the Darkness of the Light.

My Heart
All my love is death,
My kisses hoarfrost
My heart is ice
I am life-in-death
And death-in-life
I am

Death's Queen, Death's Slave
My soul is shattered
And I am scattered
Across Death's boundless realm
I gasp to life and feel a tug
I will never be whole
Death's caress, his kiss
Has stolen my heart
I have left my dwelling
And can return no more.
He has taken my heart, my soul, my mind,
I can never be whole
Until I die and am crowned with bones
His Queen, his slave
It matters not to me
My heart and I are reunited
And we are whole.
Death's caress, Death's kiss will never steal
My heart again.

Flirt/My Suicide
I was surrounded by black
The pull of the Styx soothed me
I was in control; I flirted with Death
My head broke the surface
And I sucked
In rotting air.
I had felt Deaths chill hand before
This I now sought.
How many times
Can I cheat Death?
Every drop of blood, every breath
Every dive....
My time is limited
I am a marked woman.
One day, Death will catch me
And hold me tight.
So I flirt and hope
Falling through rotting air
Into the cradle
The dive felt different, wrong
Raven had left
I was alone.
No-one could see me scream
The bubbles cheated me of life
And Death caught me and held me tight.
I was still.

The Turning
Before:
I remember playing football with my brother
I remember discussing boys with Anna
I remember his touch....
All gone.
In one hour, my life was gone
An agony on my throat
A salty flow of life in my mouth
Another agony
After:
Clearer, sharper,
The scent
My unwanted beauty
My eyes
My teeth
And the urge to feed.
I was powerful
I was immortal
I was everything I ever wanted to be
And yet I had lost everything.

Single Grey Flower
A single grey flower drooped by my bedside,
Withered, pathetic, lifeless.
Grey
Like my life
A petal dropped from the flower
And rotted in my hand
It was too much to take.
With a heavy heart, I asked the nurse to shoot me up once more
Everything went fuzzy
........
I came to
The single grey flower
Was gone, replaced by a single red rose.
The clouds had scrolled back
Allowing me to view the watery Sun
My heartmate appeared
With a ring in his hand
For the first time, I felt hope.

Yes, Linkin Park played a big part in the creative process.
Wounds
These wounds they will not heal
These scars they will not fade
My wounds are beneath my skin
In my mind.

They will not heal; I pick and gnaw
Obsessive. I am afraid
Of losing these wounds
My wounds are my memories
I've become so numb
I can feel you there, in my wounds
I want to be more like me and less like you
But I want these wounds
Circles.
Everything leads back to you
I want you back. I want to kill you.

Tears
A veil of tears
Covers the world
She weeps,
On her marred world.

Isolation
Everybody feels isolated.
Isolation is our release
Our islands of 'peace and tranquility'.
But soon our blesseing becomes our curse
We lose ourselves
In our aloneness
Our isolation.
We live more in our minds than out of them
From the rush of real life.
But we must live and love, carry on
Walk the dog
Feed the kids
Gossip, rumourmonger, flirt.
Life goes on.
But a woman who sleeps with ghosts
Often wakes with them.

Music
There are many different types of music
Emo, Grunge, Pop, Rock, Rap, Metal, Alternative, Folk, Jazz, Swing, to name a few
We all dedicate ourself to one music.
For me, it's the beating of your heart
And your gasps of pain and pleasure
As I bite you.

Blood Sings
Blood Sings
So I thought as I lay bleeding
It chatters, gurgles, giggles and mocks
As mine drained away
I was content.
I had provided what He needed
For Him to continue on
As I lay dying.

Night Terror
The ring on my finger drops to the ground,
A gift to the gutter, a gift to the city
The veins of which have broken me down
Morning is mocking me, Night is my mother.
I go to my lover but find him wrapped in all manner of things
These are the reasons I don't know you well, these are the reasons I think I am ill.

This is a collaborative work between me and Pyro

It was a dark night
Filled with my deepest fears
As the shadows of the night
Embrace my soul
I lose my sanity
I lose it all.

I spun in black cobwebs
Surrounded by the taunts
Of my demons
No one could save me
Summon me from the hell
In which I found myself lost.

The screams
The pain
They all spin around me
Trapped in this hell
Without being able to clearly see.

Alone in this darkness
I find myself tempted
By my inner demons
When I thought it all ended.

I blindly stumbled through mocking laughter
Away from them
And their alluring dreams
I retreated to the aloneness of solitude
And screamed.

Blood and Tears
Blood and tears filled my mouth
Blood. Tears. Tears. Blood.
I was just another young man
In the mud and stink of war
The dead slept with the living
And everyday I died a little more
Trees ripped at the sky, bare.
Weapons littered the ground, grasped in dead men's hands.
I have lost my mind here.

Screams overhead, screams ahead, screams inside.
The death-filled shells injured so many
And the mud got the rest.
So our nights were filled with bodies
Our days were filled with screams
A man can only take so many horrors
Before he too, screams.
A quick burst of whining bullets
A shock of pain, a spray of blood
And I joined the sleeping dead.

Untitled
A quick one, I thought
The blade slashed down
Into my wrist
My blood pulsed out
And my vampire fed.
A tingling
A release
A sensation.

A pain in my wrist
Soothed by his tongue and his teeth
I fed him
He drank me and loved me
He wanted me.
