I'm afraid I'm not familiar with his work but it is always sad to hear of an author being taken from us prematurely. Crying or Very sad

I also have never read any of his work - I was always put off by the size of the Wheel of Time series.

I hope, for fans of the series at least, that the series is finished by another writer. Maybe one day I'll get around to reading some of his work.

Oh gosh! He hadn't finished the Wheel of Time; so many people out there are going to go frantic wondering what the final secret was going to be. I hope someone completes them, but I don't know that anyone could, they're so incredibly complex. (I'm almost glad that I haven't got round ot reading book 11, as I would now be bouncing up and down in frustration.
RIP sir, a very sad loss to the world of fantasy.
