If the first episode was a little explicit, wait for the lesbian alien thingy in the most recent episode! Another cracking episode, I've not seen a disappointing one yet. _________________ If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine. |

Sunday's episode was corking (3rd December)
Really, really enjoyable. Oddly this week no smut that I can remember. Hmm, it's Torchwood there must have been some somewhere
I do want a more Captain Jack orientated episode though, preferrably with how he got back to earth after The Doctor and Rose left him. _________________ A very happy Yule to all!!

the last episode was good. the fairy one and the cyberlady one were really good and frankly, the rest sucked.
more jack, dammit!
less gwen, and certainly less owen naked sex. yuck. _________________ Jolinare~

Hi Ren
I'll certainly second the 'more Jack!' and add my own more weevils!! too.
The lady who flew the plane (Diane?) really got on my nerves and I was glad to see her go, although I believe she will be back for the last two episodes
Christmas Eve's episode (11) on BBC Three starts earlier at 9:30pm and then the last two episodes (12 & 13) are back to back, 9:30 and 10:20 on BBC Three on New Years day (monday).
I feel like the Torchwood public announcement lady _________________ A very happy Yule to all!!

I've just watched this weeks episode and really enjoyed it - the lady in the 'plane didn't bother me too much but Owen on the other hand..... _________________ "Constant Vigilance!" |

torchwood had a very rocky start, but bloody hell, the last two episodes were awesome!
big giant monster thing (obviously a relation of the Doctor's balrog...i mean the devil), death by shadow, rocking acting from gwen, loadsa jack, jack and jacks snog... YAAY!
unfortunately by the great finale most of my friends had stopped watching it. Sniff. so i had no one to discuss it with. stupid crap earilier episodes!
and nobody watched sarah jane either...and it was pretty good. annoyingly aimed at a younger audience, but I LOVE sarah jane! _________________ Jolinare~

With you on Torchwood, it was a lot better than I was expecting (apart from Owen ) and ditto with Sarah Jane, thought that was rather good and we've got to let the children watch something _________________ "Constant Vigilance!" |

doctor who is child and adulty friendly! sarah jane hsould be the same, but i shant complain, it was still cool cus Sarahjane is such a great character. i didn't see her in the original series but in the Tony Head ep I just fell in love with her!
Owen is annoying and not as sexy as he thinks he is. I wouldn't have a problem with gwen, but she needs to get out of the lime light and let jack actually have lines.
ianto is adorable though, he and jack make a lovely couple. _________________ Jolinare~

james marsters is going to be in torchwood. dribble.
and on second viewing torchwood has really grown on me. The faeries one is pretty good and i like the use of a yb yeats poem as a motif. Episodes such as Countrycide however, are still unbearabley shite.
had anyone seen the DVD extra of John Barrowman Singing 'anything goes'? its fabulous. |

I suspect Marsters will be particularly good - he asked to be in the next series, and is playing a 'dark' character. And on a related note (guest appearances) Jim Robinson (actor Alan Dale) will also be guest starring in the next series! _________________ If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine. |
