I've not even finished the first book and isn't he dead? Unless there's some massively complex plot I missed. |

Just started 'Road of the Patriarch' by R.A Salvatore. It's the latest in his Sellswords series chronicling the (mis)adventures of master assassin Artemis Entreri and the Drow elf Jarlaxle. The books so far have been good old-fashioned dungeon crawlers with everything you'd expect. Plenty of action, good characters, good magic and the books just bounce along.
Once done, I'm restarting Winterbirth. _________________ Pagan Music |

I feel guilty but im outa the fantasy loop at the moment , once im back in I'l read nothing else (I binge on genres then burn out, same as my eating habits) , just finished The Pale Saint by Eric Van Lustbader and will now attempt to find out what the hoohaa is in regards to Thomas Harris and read the Red Dragon , its meant be awsome and better than Silence, I havent seen the movie of the book which probably helps me soak it in properly. _________________ I always knew Chang was Chinese Intelligence.

Jasper Fforde - The big over easy
Still funny, although not as funny as the first three books, but I like the idea of a mixture of fantasy- and crime-story (with a lot of jokes ), I like both genres but you don't find that much fantasy-crime-books . _________________ The question that sometimes drives me hazy: Am I, or the others crazy?

And Shout for the Dead arrived on Saturday, juggle juggle juggle, might find time to read it soon. _________________ Member and President of the Will Begman Appreciation Society.

Just finished Raven Dane's Blood Tears. Really enjoyed it, a refreshingly different take on Vampires and I like that it was set mainly in WWII.
I shall be reading more of her books.
Oh and Selik, yep I do like Azrar _________________

Excellent!! He's not in the next one much, but Jaz is, (Along with that Ducati, you like).
The next book's due next month. Glad you liked it.
Thought the relationship between Azrar and Steve was really cool. _________________ "I sit on my arse, not my head." - Baron Gresse. |

About 150 pages into Road of the Patriarch. Thoroughly enjoying it! _________________ Pagan Music |
