Well I was recently reading an Article about Firefly the Sci-fi epic show that got cancelled after one series, and it got me wondering what other shows we would bring back if we could.

They don't have to ones that were cancelled, could be ones that you think should have gone on longer or anything like that.

Here are my ideas:

Firefly
Dirty Sexy Money (I mean come on, the dam cliffhanger never to be told)

Possibly Buffy as well but I'm not sure, haven't seen it since I was a kid. Also thought of including Red Dwarf because it's probably the best show ever made, but to make more would probably ruin it e.g. The Anniversary Episodes.

Lets hear your ideas...

Depends if bringing them back would ruin them or not! Fawlty Towers is comedy perfection, but perhaps even more so because there are only six episodes. However:

Firefly - good shout
Battlestar Galactica (new series) - loved it, want more!
Big Train
Father Ted - a little difficult, with 'Ted' no longer with us
The Mysterious Cities of Gold - I never did see the end of it

I'll have a think about more!

Heroes dammit!

Can't believe NBC have cancelled Heroes Sad
If they don't do some sort of 4 hour mini-series to finish it off like they did for the beginning of battlestar galactica, I will be very annoyed.

I'd go with WKRP in Cincinnati.

I doubt they could make it work in a modern setting, but even reruns would be great.

I think the whole world agree that they want Firefly back Razz

Stargate SG-1 will always be great, as for BSG, well I'm a massive fan of the show, just finished watching the last series, but I don't see how they could bring it back. lol unless you did a Centurion spin off XD be quite a quiet show!

*Post Update*

They are bringing back Red Dwarf! Apparently they are filming episodes this year to be released next year Very Happy

Also, did I imagine it or are they currently running another knight rider series?

Still no word on heroes coming back sadly Sad

They brought back Primeval, yay Smile

Still everytime I watch BSG I want more but I don't know if it would work. It is truly one of the best space epics ever made.
